At the core of my work as a spiritual coach, heart-centered leader, and storyteller is the belief that true freedom lies within and that every individual is inherently worthy. I am devoted to coaching and guiding others on a transformative journey to remember, reclaim, and integrate this freedom by rewriting the stories that no longer serve them. My expertise has come from trial and error of walking the path to open my heart and find what the truth that what I am seeking already exists within and has been waiting for me to reclaim it.
